Rolla: full of drunks, frats, and fun.

So I’m back from a weekend at Rolla.  It was a lot of fun hanging out with Tim, Mike, John and Steve.  I didn’t get as drunk as I would have liked.  I was planning on being drunk pretty much the whole weekend, but it didn’t turn out that way.  It’s ok though.  Friday, we met Tim at the hotel room and then travelled to Mike’s dorm room where I decided that Mike’s new roommate is a lemon.  I wanted to destroy his posessions for what he did to my side of the room.  Thankfully, I didn’t meet the new roommate.  Well, Mike took us to a hangout he frequents called The Swamp.  It was just a bunch of guys who live in the same house, but it was still fun.  We sat around chit-chatting and eventually drinking a bit.  I took a shot of Jet Fuel which is half shot of everclear and a half shot of peppermint schnapps.  It’s better than it sounds, I swear.  Then, Mike and I made Steve a drink that consisted of vodka, raspberry schnapps, triple sec, and lemon-lime soda.  It actually tasted pretty good and got Steve wastes after half a cup.  I made a vodka, creme de menthe, Coke, raspberry schnapps, and a dash of Mountain Dew.  It was also pretty darn good.  We hung around for a while and then went to Steak ‘n Shake for some terrible service and some food.  I got kinda sick because I forgot that hard alcohol and grease don’t mix in my stomach.  Saturday, we got up too damn early (10am) while John, Tim, and I waited for Steve to awaken.  We went out for food like three times.  Once to the free continental breakfast that was ok, then to a gas station for John, and McDonald’s for Steve.  I got something small at both of the last two, but I didn’t eat again until around 9 or 10pm that night, so I think that’s ok.  Tim went to hang out with some of his friends pretty much all of Saturday, but that was cool because we hung out with Mike for the entirety of the day.  We played some pool, which apparently Steve is a fucking beast at 9-Ball, and then Lord of the Rings Risk.  The Risk was ok, but I didn’t really care all that much for it as I suck at rolling dice.  We went to Denny’s and ran into Tim while we were there.  After, we went to the hotel room, drank some ameretto sours and pretty much called it a night.  We got up this morning, said our goodbyes to Tim, promised we’d come up to Milwaukee during the summer sometime, and came back to Warrensburg.  There, I met Adam’s new girlfriend, Sarah.  I don’t really think here or there of her, she didn’t really make a noticable impression on me.  All I know is that if I find out that Adam has sex in this apartment with her, he is getting a boot to the ass.  Like literally, I will get a pair of boots and kick him squa’ in the anus.  I put up with that shit from Jason, I won’t put up with it again.  Well, they left, I watched some “Black Books” recorded from BBC America.  It’s an awesome show you should check out sometime.  Then I watched an Eddie Izzard stand-up routine and, of course, found that quite hilarious.  Right now I am watching the new Sci-Fi series “Doctor Who” which of course is a remake of the original show I never watched.  So far, I am fairly amused and impressed with it.  It’s a good show you guys should check out sometime, as well.  Well, it appears the show is getting to a pretty important part, so I’m gonna let you guys go for now.
