The Baddest of All Badasses.

So, I just realized that really nobody comments on my reviews of stuff.  Yeah, I get a few here and there, but really… I don’t think anybody really reads it or they don’t care.  Maybe I’ll continue to add reviews to it, but really I don’t add shit to it very often so why would you guys read it anyway?  Vicious cycle, it is.  We’ll see what I can come up with to review.  Hell, I might even have something done after I finish this entry… you never know… woooooo.

Well, anyway.

I spent tonight at some awesome places.  I got up at around, oh, 8am and hung around for a while.  The cable guy came by, but due to some confusion, nothing got done.  So we still do not have any cable outlets in our bedrooms.  Steve’s moving out tomorrow so we’ll have an office space for Lexy.  I’m sure she’s quite happy about that.  The thing that kinda gets me is that I can’t get this sinking feeling that Steve’s REAL reason for moving out is me.  I don’t think he can stand to live with me anymore, but has all of these other convienent reasons he’s come up with.  Eh, I’m mostly just gonna ignore it and see if Steve is interested in re-shooting the Equilibrium parody skit we shot a while back, but lost.  It’ll be good to re-shoot because I have some different ideas and I’m planning on building a steadi-cam to test out on that shoot.  We’ll see how it goes.  Anyway, I was talking about tonight.  Well, after the cable guy, I watched some TV and went over to John’s house.  There we hung out, chatted, and worked on some pink foam weapons.  Then Lexy picked me up and we went to KC to see Mike and Mary; well to have dinner with them is more accurate.  We went to an awesome Mongolian grill called Ghengis Khan.  It was very, very good and I look forward to returning to said place in the future.  Then we came back, Lexy dropped me off at my car at John’s house and she went home to bed herself.  At John’s, I reworked some more pink foam weapons and chit-chatted while watching some TV.  After it got to the time when nothing is on local TV, we watched Enter the Dragon and watched Bruce Lee kick the crap out of some dudes and just overall be a bad motherfucker.  He’s my new martial arts hero.  I used to like Jet Li a lot, but Bruce Lee is just too much of a total badass, you can’t put him below #1.  I know that Bruce Lee is dead, but he is so badass, he killed the use of the past tense when referring to his name.  I mean, seriously, look at Bruce Lee, he looks like his skin barely fits over his structure of muscle and sinew.  What a bad dude.

I also might have a job at the local Radio Shack.  I don’t know for sure, but I am fairly certain that I passed the Personality Inventory (or whatever the hell that thing is called) and I don’t think a background or credit check will be a big deal.  I’m fairly certain that I will do quite well as a Radio Shack employee.  I really wish I could work for a TV station, but I gotta go with what I can get right now.  Part of me thinks that changing from a Computer Engineering major was a damn stupid idea, but it’s too late for shoulda-woulda-couldas now.  I’ll get my degree and I’ll find a good job at a television station after I graduate or maybe I’ll got for a grad degree.  Probably a good idea, but a better idea would be to find out if I can even get a grad degree in Broadcast.  I don’t see why not, but you never know.

Well, I’m really tired.  I’ll put up my review of Enter the Dragon tomorrow on my review LJ account.  That’ll give you guys something new to read than what I do on a daily basis. ;)

Anthony

P.S. - Oh, the music at the top, I heard that in London when I went to the Ministry of Sound. It’s pretty cool, check it out.
