Yeah, so I’m back from VisionCon. It wasn’t very good at all. The LARP was full of just stupid bullshit that never materialized into anything. So, it was watching the Short Track that really set it off I think. I started watching the short track at 7pm, ( I was gonna start watching at midnight, but a ref was a douchebad, so I left) while John and Steve did… something. Anyway, after the Short Track competition, John calls the room and we go over to help them on a puzzle. Well, when I get there, Mike hops into the group around the paper, so really there’s no way for me to help as there is no room. So, then this other guy comes in and they give him the paper to look at and start solving the problem the same damn way I proposed to solve it. Well, I wasn’t needed, so I left. Later, we all hung out in the room for a while, when John and Steve (see a pattern here?) went to the Mass Combat on the Really Bad Thing that happens every Con. I wanted my character to survive another con and since I’m really well rounded (which means that I’m not really good at any one thing , well other than my Political and Business Influences that is) I have a 50% chance of hitting on a d20. I think Steve has a better chance, which is why he was bragging about the two shots he succeeded on. Well, after the mass combat, Steve returned to the room, while John went… somewhere and didn’t bother seeing if we’d like to go. I know that he left the hotel because when I woke up this morning he had a 2L bottle of Black Cherry Vanilla Coke. So… officially… I’m kinda pissed that I spent all that money getting the hotel room and stuff and I really wasn’t a part of the group. I hate being third wheeled and it seems to happen a lot.
Well, in Olympic News, Apolo Anton Ohno got Bronze behind two Koreans in the 1000m Short Track.
That’s all I’ve got today so I’m gonna watch some TV and eat the Arby’s Lexy was cool enough to go running out to get for me.
